A: First complete the SpaceAi onboarding page (opens in a new tab). After support verifies you
and your refundable $1000 security fund, you receive a unique SpaceAi User ID and password
that you will use on this dashboard.
- Q: Can I work on multiple projects?

A: Yes. Once your onboarding and security fund have been approved, you may work on multiple
long-term projects you are genuinely qualified for. If you decide to switch to a different
long-term project, you must complete the onboarding flow again so we can prevent spammy task hopping.
- Q: Do I need to take tests or long assessments?

A: No. We do not use long applications or tests. Instead, we provide clear written instructions,
example tasks, and supportive project managers so you can start contributing quickly.
- Q: How do task credentials work?

A: Every project on this dashboard has its own unique workspace User ID and password. When you
lock in a task, those credentials are linked to your SpaceAi User ID for that project only.
- Q: What should I do before I begin work on a task?

A: Always read the project instructions carefully and watch the project video walkthrough
before you start working. This reduces mistakes and helps you match SpaceAi quality standards.
- Q: Are mistakes allowed?

A: Honest mistakes are allowed. If a task is rejected, you may take the same task up to 3 times,
as long as you follow feedback. If you are unsure about anything, ask your project manager before
submitting more work.
- Q: Which projects should I choose?

A: Only take jobs that match your real skills (coding, maths, physics, chemistry, data collection,
game development, virtual assistant work, writing, rating, audio, video or 2D annotation).
This protects your time, your security fund, and SpaceAi’s clients.
